Trendy Underdogs: It may not seem like a great record, but the Jaguars have done work as an underdog. It is rare for a team to win even close to half of their games as an underdog, but the Jaguars are close, going 16-19 SU over the last 4 years. They almost win half of the games they’re expected to lose… That’s amazing. Even better, the Jags are 7 games over .500 as a dog ATS. 20-13-2 over their last 4 seasons. Also, away from home, the Jags defense is best known for their stingy play, allowing very little in terms of points, and therefore consistently finishing under the total, 14-21 O/U as a dog.
Over or Under: Over the last 4 seasons the Jaguars are 30-35 O/U. Last year, the Jaguars busted the over in each of their last 4 games to finish 9-7 O/U on the season. Last season, the Jags hit the over at home in 5 of their 8 contests.
