San Antonio Spurs @ Los Angeles Lakers (-7.5)
The Spurs could very well be a solid match-up for the West’s best Lakers, but I don’t see them showing that in Game 1 of this series. L.A. has been too good, and their focus and confidence should be on point in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals. I’ll go back to the Spurs later in this match-up, but right now it looks like Kobe’s world in L.A. and San Antonio won’t be able to muscle the Lakers this early.
