College Football Playoff would Payoff for Everyone
This week’s #1 team, Ohio State, wasn’t even a top 10 team, in some people’s eyes,
having lost almost all of their key skill position players from a year ago. After witnessing all the upsets this season, its pretty evident that a
playoff system needs to be implemented SOON. Next season we can have eight teams involved, and it would only take three weeks to complete.
Now onto the selection process. Take the highest ranked team from the BCS Standings from each the following conferences: Big 10, Big 12, Pac 10, SEC, ACC, Big East. Then for the two remaining spots, take one team from outside of these conferences and then for the other take the highest ranked team from within these conferences. Seems easy enough, no?
