Dennis the Menace Done at A&M?

Written by Mike Perry on November, 6th 2007 | 0 Comments

It appears that Dennis Franchione days are numbered at A&M, and just as I said last month in "Franchione Should Pay the Price for Pay Newsletter" he should be let go sooner than later. This move would pay dividends in so many ways. Just from a recruiting angle, A&M could help land potential incoming players, showing them that they mean business.

Nebraska would be wise to follow A&Ms lead here, and axe Bill Callahan immediately. Giving up 76 points last week to Kansas, should have done the trick there. Last time I checked, Barry Alvarez isn't coaching anywhere. This seems like a perfect fit, as Alvarez was a Cornhusker alum.
